How do I delete my ChuoLink account?

From the app, or by asking us.

In the app

• Your account, then Delete account

  The account is signed out on every phone at once and erased after 30 days. Signing in before then keeps it.

Without the app

• Write to us

  Email info@chuolink.net from the address on your account, or send a question with the phone number on it. We confirm it is yours, then delete it the same way.

What is erased

• Your name, phone number, email, date of birth, the messages sent to you in the app, and your phones' notification tokens. Records the law requires us to keep are kept for as long as it requires.
